Rank in JEE main paper 2 is not applicable for a seat in engineering. However, there are criterias to get admission in Silicon Institute of Technology but you can get direct admission there too even without management quota. You've to visit there and talk to the concerned authority. Please don't

There is No reservation in minority community..Minority community come under General category students only..They won't get any Benifits under reservation.

You can get a Financial Benifit under all india Minority Cell..But reservations are not their for them..

As your rank is good enough and you can get an admission in any college which provides Biotechnology course. Here are some name which you can take into consideration:-

With this rank in  obc you wont get top 3 govt. colleges i.e .IET lucknow , kamla nehru institute of tech., sultanpur and bundelkhand institute of engineering and technology, jhansi, but you can get low rank govt colleges like Rajkiya engineering college, bijnaur , kannauj and sonebhadra for sure.

The qualifying marks for upsee exam is 25% of 600i.e. 150 marks .So, having 136 marks in upsee you cannot go for any of the govt. colleges in U.P . But you can get private universities by management quota.So, i would suggest you Jss , noida and galkotias university ,

• R.R Group of Institutions

Yes, there are some chances that you will get admission for B.Tech Agriculture government college based on your MHT-CET marks. But you will not get admission in top government engineering colleges as cut-offs are high.

Try for private colleges you will get the best one.
