Its quite reputed college in Punjab and the official website of the college lists a lot of big MNCs like google, Microsoft, ITC as its past recruiters. I think mostly the students are mass recruited by INFOSYS, Wipro etc if you maintain decent cpi in your academics.

The complete fees for 4 years go to around 1,24,000/-. But the single year fees as you asked, is not available anywhere online. Although the total expense for studying in IET Lucknow would cost you around 5 lakhs adding hostel and other charges.

According to me go for Chandigarh university if you are getting ECE there too. The parameters for this decision are- fees, campus, alumini network, placement, and many other things. The faculty are also good at chandigarh  university.

last years cutoff moved in between 1k-2k. since your rank is 7k, it will be extremely hard to get in bundelkhand university as it is the top University in UP which offers biotech. so sorry to inform you.
