The hostels in NIRMA University provide accommodation to only postgraduate students. They do not provide hostel facility to undergraduates. You'll have to live in private hostels or as paying guest. There are a lot of accommodation facilities available in Ahmedabad, you won't have any issue.

I think you are talking about a seat in some f the college in India. It would be more precise if say any preferences like South or North India and fees budjet, preffered courses like and any other preferences if you have. So please do comment with that

There are less chances of getting top colleges in Bangalore. You might get some private colleges in Bangalore. 

You might get CSE in below mentioned colleges according to previous years cutoff trends.
