I am really sorry but if the date has passed then you can't do bsc in computer science in that college. However, don't lose hope, just search for other alternatives. I am sure that there might be places where the form filling date is not over yet.

It's better if you choose civil engineering as a ug course, but you can also choose any other engineering branch for ug studies. It is recommended to keep the diploma course for further studies, but in case you wish to change your branch, keep engineering as your core.
