In order to change your branch in the same university, you will have to be amongst the top 15–20 students in your university.

To change your university same rules applies, but the availability of seats varies every year.

Of course you can take admission in any private college with biotechnology stream as you are a PCB student as many private college take their own entrance examinations and some take account of your class 12th board marks
