Yes, you can write AP EAMCET and JEE Mains again if you are not satisfied with your previous result. You can give the exam again and if you get a better college you can change your college but you'll have to start from 1st year

No, there should be no problem in doing BTech after BSc. But the age factor may prove as a disadvantage for you. If your scores at BSc are good, there would not be a problem of two degree or anything of this sort. And the best way
1) A candidate must have more than 60% marks in 10th and 12th (or diploma).
2) A candidate must have a minimum of 60% marks in graduation.
3) A maximum gap of 1 year is permissible after HSC(12th) and not after SSC(10th) or in between semesters of graduation.
