I assume that the total fee of B.Tech means the course fee for the first year plus the registration fee. If you don't want admission in that college, I think you would not get full refund of the fee because the college has also shared some loss in

Coming to your answer sorry to say that but you missed the bus ,the last date of filling the application form with the late fee was 25 may 2019 .

Coming to your query,there is no any direct admission in any branch of the bit mesra to get into that college you have to write the jee mains exam and should score a decent rank for a decent branch to get into that college.
