You should continue to do the job in HCL and do the B.Tech degree side by side. It would help you earn and also get the degree.

I regret to inform you that with such a low score you cannot get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like top nits or iiits with computer science as branch.
As computer science branch is one of the most demanding branch so it has high cutoffs

Neet score is only considered for courses like mbbs, bds, bams , bhms and vetinary courses. To get admission in b.tech you have to give JEE mains. You cannot get b.tech programs through neet. Courses like b.pharma, agriculture, nursing , Psychology etc do no consider neet result. In these

There is a scope to get goverment jobs. you can pursue higher studies after Graduation using Gate Score. PSU's like NLC,NTPC,GAIL. if you score high in gate exam they don't take any screeing exam and they directly call you for interview.
