NIIT University of Nimrana is a good university for B.Tech,  it has a good placement with an average placement of 4 lakhs,  it has a good campus,  the admission process here is a little difficult because they take the interview of student as well as parents.

Yes you should offcourse take college for BTech as your rank is good and also you are having reservation.

The placements depend on many factors and not on entrance rank.

It is third national board of India as CBSE and ICSE. It is autonomous body of ministry of HRD , India. Many players and professionals were studied from NIOS. It conducts schooling education as secondary and sr. Secondary.

As per your question i do understand your current state of confusion.

First of all i want to tell you that all the courses hold equal gravities but there are a few courses which are not at the moment that wide in india when it comes to jobs.

Hello Arymanu. For admission in dayalbagh educational institute for BTech you need to clear the JEE MAINS exam irrespective of your 12th score. So you are not applicable for dalaybagh. You could always try for some other colleges,  give your best there and make yourself proud.

Well, getting 58.59 percentile in Jee Mains is not enough for getting into govt college in civil engineering. But still you can give a try during counseling process since you're a resident of the same state, so the home state quota can be applied....
