You need to complete counseling and web options so during end of the day if  you select from any college you should pay e challan so Ur admission is confirmed. You can keep multiple options at once it is depends upon you.

Sorry to say but for jadavpur you have score min 60℅ in all pcm subjects . But it is previous years criterias .So if it is changed then only you can go for jadavpur . You will get that eligibility criterias at the time of counselling . So wait for
