CGC Landra is a good college but we can't say the best for ECE B.Tech. There are better institutes such as Thapar University in Punjab and if you want to see for the whole of India then there are definitely much better institues such as the much coveted IITs, NITs

Congrats for your performance in VITMEE.Now coming is it worth to do Mtech from VIT vellore,well i would suggest you ,keep this as your last option.you may first go for IIT'S,NIT's or IIIT's.Else you have foreign offers then join that because VIT is mostly famous for B.tech CSE
