Since it is very late to answer your query, Admission 2019 is over now. If you wish to apply now then there are many University level & State level 2020 Exam is going to be start, JEE Main 2020 January Application is over now however you can apply

Sorry shubham you can't get any NIT, IIIT's and GFTI's as you failed the minimum percentage criteria in 12th which is 65 % for SC category as well as rank 30056 is'nt good enoght to get admitted in these institute but don't feel disappointed you can apply for government colleges

In UPSEE,every year approximately 2 lacs of student register themselves to compete on 1.50 lac of seats.The clear figure cannot be determines as it is not disclosed by the university yet,but it will be nearabout this value only.
