Yes you are eligible but for that you will have to qualify in GRE, TOEFL, or in the entrance examination of the college which you are going to be admitted to, then only you will be offered admission in any college in Canada. Prepare for the examinations.

The admissions in GEC Thrissur for Chemical Engineering are done on the basis of rank in KEAM through KEAM counselling.. 

The closing rank of 3rd round for Chemical Engineering at GECT for last year's admissions is 2705 for State Merit Category. Hope this helped.

Unfortunately GITAM University doesn't accept AP Eamcet rank for its admissions. Gitam university accepts GAT (It's very own entrance test)'s rank for admissions. And the counselling must be in final stages already. If you haven't attempted GAT, try contacting the Admissions Committee as they might offer you
