DU does offer B.Tech course. CIC (cluster innovation center) and NSIT are the two offering B.Tech. CIC offers B.Tech in 2 domain

Information Technology and Mathematical Innovations 

 while NSIT offers in almost all. CIC has its own entrance exam that is duet, tentative date for duet is last week

As per your Question a student who scored 95 percentile in 12  boards, First of all congratulation. Now to answer your question you can get admission  in shiv nadar university if you haven't cleared jee mains then you are advised to apply through the SNUSAT & APT tests

I am sorry but with this rank you won't get PES CSE. I am not pretty sure if the admissions are done in management quota,but otherwise merit based,you do not stand a chance. You can check other colleges in Bangalore if you have given COMEDK.

JNU is a very prestigious institution in Delhi.The fees structure as of last year is:

semester fee=62,500

other amenities=3,500

annual fees=1,500

total=75,500

This is the fee to be paid for each semester(twice a year) , which is the common fee for almost all colleges in delhi.

For B.Tech admission, Poornima university conducts its own entrance test (for 70% seats), however 15% seats each are filled on the basis of JEE Main and Merit at 10+2 level respectively. The course fees for B.Tech at Poornima University ranges from INR 110,000 per annum to INR 145,000

Both have their different aspects. You can go for Amity Noida if you have sufficient amount of money to get admission as the rates are higher.But there you will get qualiy=ty education and placements also.Coming to Shiv Nadar,you can get into easier than amity as it doesn't require such amount
