I am sorry but with this rank you won't get PES CSE. I am not pretty sure if the admissions are done in management quota,but otherwise merit based,you do not stand a chance. You can check other colleges in Bangalore if you have given COMEDK.

JNU is a very prestigious institution in Delhi.The fees structure as of last year is:
semester fee=62,500
other amenities=3,500
annual fees=1,500
total=75,500
This is the fee to be paid for each semester(twice a year) , which is the common fee for almost all colleges in delhi.

For B.Tech admission, Poornima university conducts its own entrance test (for 70% seats), however 15% seats each are filled on the basis of JEE Main and Merit at 10+2 level respectively. The course fees for B.Tech at Poornima University ranges from INR 110,000 per annum to INR 145,000
Both have their different aspects. You can go for Amity Noida if you have sufficient amount of money to get admission as the rates are higher.But there you will get qualiy=ty education and placements also.Coming to Shiv Nadar,you can get into easier than amity as it doesn't require such amount

The main eligibility criteria for JEE mains is that you have to score 75% in PCM. If you don't full fill that, then i am sorry but you won't be allated any college through JEE mains. So, if you want you get a seat in IIIT through JEE
You will not be able to get a government college with this score and Jeevan private colleges accepting JEE main score. I would suggest you to go for other colleges which do not give admission on the basis of JEE mains such as Amity University, Lovely professional University, Sharda University
