According to previous year trends of gate cuttoff of various IITs you can secure seats in IIT KANPUR,IIT GUWAHATI,IIT GANDHINAGAR,IIT ROORKEE etc.For sureity wait till IITs announce their cuttoff score for Mtech program.

There is no cut-off announced by the university for B.Tech courses. The seats are filled up by the counselling process conducted by OJEE. Although the university doesn't conduct its own counselling process, for 5-year integrated M.Sc and 2-year M.Tech programs.

The registration for IPU B.Tech entry is still going on and is available till 24th of June. For the counselling process is going to start on 25th of June. Also, the registration is not done on the bsis of JEE scores, rather, the concerned authority will itself release

No DU does not require JEE Main qualification, DU arranges its own entrance examination, go to its official website, look at the criteria and if you are eligible then fill up the form. 

Last Date: 4th week of June 2019 (Merit-Based) and 4th week of May 2019 (Entrance-Based)
