I would say Lovely Professional University is best for pursuing B.Tech in Biotechnology.If you re looking for quality education,good placements,exposure,academics then LPU is right place,it has all.I am saying this because one of my known is pursuing same course from LPU and her experience is amazing.

I am sorry to say but you won't have much chance to get a seat in JMI with 74 percentile in JEE Mains. The Average cutoff for Muslim OBC in JMI goes around 127 marks. You should look for other colleges to get admission.
