 yes. JNU offer btech courses. it ha started taking admission in b.tech from 2018-2019. jnu has not conducted its own entrance examination. it allots candidate through all india level examination of jee main. see jnu is totally new in enginnering prospect.

With the score of 72 percentile, you may not get into any national level colleges, but you could apply for state level and private colleges.

To get admission in JMI try to score around 170 to 190.. You might get chance in B. Tech CSE...  For normal admission its 120. But it varies every year... But always keep your score good so that you get admission in first chance only.  

Hello Gazal, I can see that you have got a very good profile. Yes, if you score above 99 percentile in CAT, you will definitely get an interview call. However profile and score are not the only criteria for selecfion. You will still need to perform well in the group

I'll assume that you have appeared for JEE. 

Look best colleges in India either take good rank in JEE MAINS or a Huge amount of fees. 

When you have good rank in JEE MAINS then fees will not be an issue similarly
