If your VITEEE 2019 rank is good enough, I would suggest go for Computer Science and Engineering. If you go for specialisation, you will have the option: Specialisation in Bioinformatics or Specialisation in Information Security. But, if you are not sure, then go for simple CSE.

Hi Ashish! Definitely, there a lot of exams other than JEE Mains through which you can study B.tech .It will be just that you wont be studying in any Nit or IIT. There are a lot of exams like WBJEE,BITSAT,SRMJEE,COMEDK,MHCET etc through which you can get colleges for engineering.
