You can not expect admission in Government colleges based on your percentile of jee mains and your category.Try for admission in private colleges through state counselling.

With this percentile I think your rank is around 1.8-2.2 lakhs .

As you know that IPU is included in jee first time in this year ; as we don't know the previous trends so it is very diffucult to predict because admission will depend upon its popularity
