Hello Himanshu, well, answer is yes. Candidates willing to apply in this university for BE or B.tech have to appear in jee main. GUJCET marks are considered while providing admission. But it also considers the apperance of candidate in jee exam.

This year there will no other entrance test for admission in DU/DTU.

This year it will take admission on the basis of JEE mains score.

There will be centralised counselling for govt.Technical institution of Delhi.

every year cutoff changes according to nujmber of candidates participating, seat matrix etc.  you have fair chances for tezpur university. but you may not get computer science, electronics and comunication etc. but you opted for electrical , mechanical, civil engineering.
