There is no such option. I mean how you can do a technical course online. There are various different other course you can do while doing btech but not btech. 

I mean how you will perform the lab work, how will you perform your practicals. Please think.

there is no subject in gate exam on health safety and environment. and in india there is not many colleges which offers this course. you can check gate official website. i have provided the link below-

in this mattter you should report this problem to the barc authorities as there is no fixed time of declaration of results in engg. colleges , some colleges declare it earlier and some take some time so it is purely dynamic and you should forward your case the

Hello Harsh,

No need to worry about that if you have alotted a seat in a college which you dont like in the first round then are left with 2 options,You can either cancel you seat by selecting reject option(or any other similar options) or you can select float option
