Instead of taking the 2nd drop, it would be better to pursue BTech in CSE from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. The reasons would be:

  • good infrastructure
  • good environment
  • good course structure covering all important aspects of the degree

First they will consider your gate stream branch and you will be interviewed in the gate stream and as you will be not able to answer the questions as your BTech is not that stream so you will be not selecting

Hey Aspirant, GGSIPU is not going to conduct an entrance exam (IPU CET) for B.tech admissions as from this year onwards admissions will be given to candidates on the basis of their Jee mains rank.

  • JEE mains
  • JEE advance
  • BITSAT
  • WBJEE
  • SRMJEE
  • VITEEE
  • JCECE
  • BCECE

Depending on the type of college where you want to study decide the entrance exam and appear in them .

JMI stands for Jamia Millia Islamia and no jmi is not conducted entrance test for btech this rather jmi is enrolling the students based on their JEE Mains Marks.

Eligibility for applying in JMI :

1) Candidate should have Sr. Sec School Certificate with Physics, Chemistry, Maths as main subjects

Hey

Yes Definitely , B.Tech Degree Holder is eligible for RRB ALP Exam. But there are also more opportunities for a BTech graduate in railways. You can give the RRB JE. It's the exam conducted by the railway for the junior engineer post and also have good scope.
