There are lot of good institutes and university for b tech degree courses.If you are interested in government institution for engineering then there are lot of good institutes like IITs,IIITs,NITs.Exam accepted for such institutes are mains and advance examination.NITs and IIITs accept JEE MAINS Score for btech degree

the fee structure is the same for all branches in MNNIT, Allahabad and varies according to your category. If you are a candidate with annual income greater than 5 lakhs, Fees of 1st semester (including hostel fees) is INR 71,151 (for Day Scholars the fees is INR 69,776)

Jawaharlal Nehru University does not provide any B.Sc. degree course.

No not required. Btech in aeronautics is not necessary to become a pilot in the IAF, also aeronautics is more preferred when you're interested in designing the aircraft not flying. Graduating with bsc in physics is more than enough to join the flying branch.
