Considering General category 78 percentile is ver less. Yes there is a chance tha you can be qualified for JEE advance ( Not sure too) but still you will not get any NIT's in this percentile.

hello nipun. if you want to study aerospace engineering then iwould suggest you to go for the PEC (Punjab engineering college) in chandigarh. its one of the best colleges in india and is at the same level as of any IIT or NIT. And no exam is needed for it
