yeah you can go for a college change while before you get into the engineering college you have to write the entrance exam for engeering for suiteble state or the university you want to go ,apart from this you have to get transfer certificate from the BCA college

Getting a package of 6 lakh after graduation is good enough.If the company is good and you are satisfied with that .It is better option to start your First job.But if you are interested in masters and want to get a high paid salary job then do MBA

For doing B.tech CSE the fees completely depend on which type of college you have chosen. For iits and nits the fee structure is approx 1 lakh per semester like for IIT DELHI the tuition fee is 1 Lakh per semester and admission fee is Rs 15000.
