Hello Lakkireddy,

Fee structure for B.Tech includes following:

  • Tution Fees: Rs. 65,000/- per semester
  • Development Fees: Rs. 10,000/- (one time during admission) 
  • Other Fees: Rs. 7,000/- (one time during admission)

There will be an annual increase in fee by 5%.

First of all there are only a few programs in IIMs they are
IPM after 12th.
PGP/PGDM/EPGP after Bachelors
&
FPM after PGDM or PG.
And since you are still in first year of college you cannot apply to any one of them.

yes, b.tech with work experience/research background is better for you.i think you need GATE score only to do m.tech.you'll be definitely having advantage over the fresh b.tech holders.i suggest you to go through below link:
