The application form of KLEEE for B.Tech course is not yet released for session 2019. The application form of KLEEE 2019 is expected to release in October. 

So, once the application process starts, you can apply for the B.Tech programmes. Also, this is the reason why you are not

You cn definitely go for it but make sure you equally devote time for studies and shouldnot affect your scores which is very important for placements and further studies. 

You can also go for internships for 3month duration and can addd in your resume which will help alot for placements

yes after diploma you are eligible for lateral entry in engineering colleges , engineering course for diploma holders would be of  years

First please know the difference between both the programmes, then decide which one is best for you.

GME or Graduate Marine Engineering is a 1-year programme. You become eligible for this programme if you do B.Tech in Mechanical or Naval Architecture.

I am suggesting you three colleges for B.Tech in Avionics:

1- UPES, Dehradun

2- Amity University

3- IIST

For admission to IIST, you need to appear in JEE Advanced exam and qualify in it.

IIST is connected to ISRO so has better placement chances.

Keeping your budget into account, i can find these particular college. Please keep a note that these fees are for general category.

1. Lovely Professional University - 8.52 lakhs ( for this you have to clear JEE main and LPU-NEST)

2. Delhi Technoogical University - 4 lakhs (

For PSU each will hav eits own eligibility criteria and cannot be same for all so its difficult to be eligible for top PSU as some of them need All Clear Subjects without any reattempt. 

Secondly for Mtech via GATe you can be eligible if you are in final year
