You cannot use apprenticeship or internship as work experience as its not fulltime opportunity but rather more of contractual opportunity.
However in some rare cases colleges do allow apprentice experience if its substantial and is mor etgan 4 to 6months. Else its negligible for any MBA college.

Yes you can do two courses simultaneously in same or different universities.it is legal thing too and it's been added to the law since 2013.
So you can do b.e civil and b.a at a time in MS university.

Yes, for 2019 Btech admissions in IP University, JEE Main Paper 1 score will be considered. The change in admission process has confirmed by the university in a circular released on 26 February.

Although many engineering colleges accept lateral entries in the second year of the BTech program, SRM does not have any such pathway for diploma students. Lateral entries are rarely accepted into any engineering program offered by SRM and you may have to take admission as a first year student
Yes you shall be definitely eligible for Msc Mathematics however you need to have mathematics as subject for atleast 2 years as must.
