You need to apply to colleges based on either entrance exam score or bassd on diploma aggregate marks. Admission will vary for all colleges based on tgeir rules and procedures  

Studnets are directly admitted to second year engineering as lateral entry based on seats and cutoffs according to it.

if you did not join the course after remitting the fee/ got seat in government college and those who cancelled their admissions within the stipulated date are eligible for fee refunding. You  are directed to upload Bank Account details after clicking the 'Refund' menu on the CEE website.
