There are many law colleges offer three years law programme, Some of the top universities for the programme is Faculty of Law Delhi University, Faculty of Law Banaras Hindu University, Punjab University etc. As per the eligibility you should have minimum 50% in your Graduation.

Yes there are many entrance exams for btech in private and government college .It is conducted in the month of March to may have nearly same question pattern . One main exam from them is jee mains and advance through which you can take admission in iits and nit's .
