As far as your query go I have understood that you are looking for an open univeristy for distance education. For that you only need to fill the College's application form & then you can start studying for the course.
The eligibility criteria of D.Pharmacy is that You must
Btech lateral emtry scheme is only for Diploma students and not Science graduate
Hence you shall not stand eligible for Lateral Entry.
You can ratge rgo for Msc or Mtech courses for takingvdeeper dive into specialization of your preference.

if you love gadgets then you must go in ece branch which will fascinate you more and you will perform much better and get more opportunities to perform well.
this is not possible until unless you are studying in the same university oer want to study in the other college of the same university, otherwise this is next to impossible.
If you wish to take admission in IITs, NITs, IIITs, GFTIs then you should have minimum 75% as a general category & 65% as a reserved category Or you should be in top 20% class XII exam conducted by the respective board.
