I think you are asking for patrician college Dehradun. It's a private College and offers B.ed  in 7 disciplines- physical science, biological sciences, economic, english,hindi and mathematics. These courses are of 1 year duration and available on only regular mode. Fees is around 1.5-2 lacs

As after btech of any branch or department we can do dsc as by doing this course we can teach for the primary schools as by doing btech after that B.ED we can teach for the secondary school and you should have a specific in the particular subject
