Being a two year course the total fee structure varies from 17,000 to 25,000. Depending upon your college it may vary.  Bachelors in education being an important degree charges accordingly.  But being only two year degree the charges are low comparing to other degree's.

No you cannot do BSTC and PTET together simply because you cannot attend both courses in the respective institution you got in merit. As you cannot be at two place simultaneously at the same time. Moreover it is not allowed to take both the courses together at the
