There is nothing announced for 2018 session as Ignou B.Ed entrance test is conducted in the month of Aug-Sep as candidate with 55% are eligible to sit in this exam.

What do you mean by special B.ed? Are you asking for B.ed in Special education?
If you have passed B.sc BEd in PCM then you can apply for primary level post in both of the subjects Maths & Science. But please check the eligibility of the vacancies once in which you are going to apply.

Which course counseling have you mentioned?
You cannot go for regular courses together as one has to be done from open university and the other should be from regular. Hope this helps!!!
You have to be a graduate. Therefore after you complete your B.ed you can apply for SSC.
