Yes , You can do your Master of education (M.Ed) after your BEd and MSc, the eligibility criteria  for MEd is that you need a BEd degree from a government recognized college and you have a BEd is regular degree so you fulfil this eligibility .

Yes,it will be valid . You can two degress at a time both will be valid.

According to new rule of UGC one can do two degree simultaneously and it will be valid but there is only one condition. Candidates can not pursue both courses in regular mode.
