You can apply at any above from 19-21 years of age. This one is the minimum age to apply for B.Ed.

Delhi University doesn't offers BA-BEd integrated course, it offers BA and BEd seperately, so if you want to pursue BA-BEd then you can appear for CEE conducted for NCERT for admission to RIEs with its campuses in bhopal/bhubaneshwar/shillong/ajmer/mysore, you can also appear for CUCET which is conducted for admission

The syllabus isn't available in the official website of RIMT University or anyother sources on internet. I think the course structure can only be accessed by logging in the student section.

Yes you can do masters in physical education course. You didn't mention that in which subject you have to completed your bachalor degree. But you can do masters in physical education. But you have to get minimum 50 to 60% marks in graduation level and completed your 12th class.
