I am a bengali medium student of class 11 and I am an average student , scored 75%in board examination. Can I prepare for neet in english language ? I am not start preparing yet . How can I prepare for neet ? should I join coaching?

rehan18alam Student Expert 22nd Mar, 2020

Dear Aspirant,

If you don't have English medium then it is better if you do coaching as without coaching you might not be able to structure your preparation with the language problem. Coaching have a structure and therefore you will focus more on your language and the structure will be laid out by the coaching.

Moreover, you must remain consistent, as starting is hard and maintaing is hardest. Therefore prepare for one year with dedication.

Hope this helps. Thank you.

In my West Bengal board English, Bengali and PCM are compulsory subjects and computer science is extra & best of 5 and final %ile and percentage are done of best 5 Bengali English and Pcm. If I score more than 75% ,be in top 10%ile of my boards. Will I be eligible for JEE top 20%ile rule for boards?

MD Neshat Faizy 29th Feb, 2020
Hello Aspirant, Top 20 percentile of any board is calculated by marks scored in five subjects i.e
Physics
Chemistry
Maths
Language
Any subject other than physics, chemistry, Maths, language

your top 20 percentile will be calculated by taking the marks of
physics,
chemistry,
Maths,
Computer Science,
which subject has higher marks ( English/Bengali) .

If your marks is in top 20 percent students of Bengal board or your percentage is greater than 75% than you are eligible for getting seat in NIT's, IIT's, IIIT's.
If you have any doubts regarding this you can ask in the comment section.
