BBA is a professional course while economics honours is an academic course. You can't do both together. You have to choose one.
Admissions in BBA is through an entrance exam followed by GD and PI in some universities, while admission in economics is merit based.
Colleges of Delhi University are all good for both the courses and you can apply for both and make your decision later.
