Yes,you heard right this year BSNL are going to hire 198 OBC/SC/ST graduate engineers for the post of JTO.Candidates are required to appear for GATE in order to be elligible for this post.This year BSNL hasn't offered JTO post for general category Students.They only provide relaxation to OBC/SC/ST/PWD candidates.They are going to hire 198 enng graduate from 24 states.From 24 states even a single seat is not applicable for general catgory belonging engineering graduates.

Yes sure u can apply for the BSNL but there is no clear info about what rank people are eligible it is around less than 650 like that

As for writing the BSNL exam you have to get qualified in gate so the students who qualified gate only are elegible for writing the BSNL exam so all of them will be given the same priority , so there will be the same competition

Final year graduation candidates are not eligible to apply for BSNL Junior Telecom Officer JTO. This is why it is mandatory to upload the final degree certificate.

Dear Jaiswal, the accademic qualification for applying for BSNL recruitment through GATE is that you should have completed BE/B.Technot equivalent in Electrical/Civil Engineering. The recruitment is for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC categories from open market/external candidates through GATE SCORE-2019.
