Dear Venkat, BSNL has a programme called BSNL Employability Enhancement Training Programme (EETP). This is a joint initiative by AICTE and BSNL. This is apaid programme and is for Summer Internships. You can check these details on their official website. For Internships in BHEL you should be studying either your 4th or 6th semester of Engineering in Electrical/Electronics/IT/Civil/Mechanical/Metallurgical/Computer streams. If you have connections within BHEL, you can ask for reference. If you do not have any, you can contact the HR of the nearest BHEL offices and enquire about possible internship opportunities based on your strean in B.Tech.

Hello

The recruitment of Junior Telecom Officers (JTO) in civil and electrical disciplines of telecom in BSNL is done on the basis of GATE score.

Eligibility criteria for BSNL recruitment through GATE is-
- Candidate should have completed BE/BTech. or equivalent in Electrical/ Civil Engineering.
- Candidates are required to appear in GATE exam opting one paper from Electrical and Civil discipline.
- Age Limit as on January 31, 2019 is minimum 18 years and maximum 30 years

As per the GATE eligiiblity criteria, candidates in the final year can also appear for the exam.

No, unfortunately with having the degree in CSE Domain you can't be able to apply in the BSNL for the post of JTO.
As per the eligibility norms of BSNL por the post of JTO you should have the degree in Civil / Electrical Engineering. For further details about that you are requested to visit the link which is given below.

Yeah definitely you can able to get into the BSNL with having this much of percentage because in GATE exam they are asking for only a Bachelor's degree in the respective domain in which currently you are applying for but yaah remain in mind one thing that since you have somewhat less percentage in your graduation then it will always be a question in the interview part of any PSUs, so be ready with that.
