Considering the fact that you belong to general category I feel sorry to inform you that based on your rank in general category in upsee it is not easy for you to get a seat in government college like Bundelkhand jhasi and that to with cse branch. But I would suggest you to must participate in special round counselling along with normal counselling. There may be some chance that you may grab it.

As per now if you visit website of Bangalore University they didn't update any information regarding admissions for mtech, but you should regularly check there website for the same. Meanwhile you should also start applying for other colleges and dont waste time on one.

It depends on for which college you are giving the exam but the general sylabus is provided to you here. Ideally, an MA English Literature requires a student to study 16 courses over the span of two years.
