for UG course, if you have gap more than 2 years then it might be a issue.

Yes, it you score more than certain bar of percentage (50% for IIM and 60% for some NIT). Then you're totally eligible to pursue MBA as a master's degree.

Yes you can surely get admission in a good college for BTech. There are few colleges which do not take admission in case of a gap more than two years like GLA UNIVERSITY but still many colleges are there where you can surely apply. If you are choosing it by your interest then there is no problem.
