Bachelor of Pharmacy is alone a individual course. No any other course are induced in it. You may ask the total courses in Pharmacy department. Like in pharmacy i.e D. Pharm,  B. Pharm etc. These are the required courses.And along with the course Bharati Vidyapeeth is also one

Yes it is a bit difficult to get admission in ET&C since its cutoff last year was around 1800 but if the seats are empty you might get admission in it but I would say it is a close call.

You can definately get admission the the mechanical branch.
