Hello Shivam, yes you can go for an NCHMCT- JEE exam to get into a BHM course. NCHMCT-JEE i.e. National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology- Joint Entrance Examination, is an exam conducted by the National Testing Agency i.e. NTA. It's an online mode of exam.

About the colleges, mostly the score cards issued by the NTA are held valid to get an entry into the courses such BHM, BSc(Hospitality and Hotel Administration). So it is obvious that after declaration of the results and a valid score card only, you can be getting an entry to any of the Hotel Management Colleges of your choice.

There are so many good job opportunity in foreign after studying hotel management. there are so many candidate recruited in UK, USA and other country from India from hotel management degree and other degree. to apply for job in abroad you must have a valid passport. also you must have all clear documents.

In my perspective the best way is to :

1. Start a BHMCT program in a reputed university which also has option of credit transfer to your target country. For example LPU has a lots of international university tie ups for credit transfers.
2. Do well in Indian university for 2 years and also specialize in Indian/Mughlai cuisines.
3. Avail credit transfer,(do your research o the post study work visa in your target country)
4. Move abroad for completion of your degree in the allied university.
5. Pass the program with good grades.
6. Avail the post study work VISA and work there for 1 or two years whichever is applicable legally.
7. You will get required points to settle down, move application for settlement.
