All india Ayush counselling for admission in BAMS and BHMS usually start after the completion of AIQ MBBS BDS counselling. So most probably it will start in mid November or last November this year.

Sorry to say you but actually this is quite low English marks it is impossible to get government colleges even for top private colleges. however Private medical colleges for BHMS course through neet exam in Karnataka which vary minimum1.5lacs of rupees  to 10,00,000 rupees. Here is a list

To get bams your score must be 500+

And for bhms your score must be 400+

But as your score 320 , it will be not possible
