No, you will not be given admission in BHMS course without NEET. In order to secure a seat in BHMS course, students have to secure a minimum qualifying percentile in NEET UG. In addition to this, students should have passed their 12th standard or equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English, as primary subjects with a minimum aggregate score of 50%.

It depends upon neet cut off 2024 , cut off changes every year and it also depends  upon state and your category ,previous year's cut off.etc.
