You can select a seat in Colleges of  other States if you apply for All India Counselling. But a seat in BHMS or BDS in Government Colleges even with SC reservation is difficult. For BDS, you will need atleast 500 and above and for Ayush Courses you will need more

Now, it depends on your category and the cutoffs of your state. So, as of now you can get BHMS if you belong to sc/st/obc.  But if you belong to general/unreserved category you must look into private colleges. This is for BHMS. But for Veterinary courses, it is slightly difficult
