Talking about BAMS , after completing BAMS , you have to do post graduation i.e.,MD in gynecology, then only you can become gynecologist.
Now , talking about bhms ..so it is a undergraduate degree and after this you can not directly become gynecologist.

Sorry to let you know, but according to NTA NEET, UR category are required to score 119 in order to qualify NEET2020, while reserved category require 96 marks out of 720.

This year the minimum qualifying marks that were required by an OBC category candidate was 113 and as we can see you just qualified Neet so it will be not possible for you to get admission even under management quota because this year cutoff have increased alot.
