Every year the admission in government college differ according to the cutoff and the difficulty level of the exam and also on the total number of candidates appeared in the exam.

At these marks even at the SC category, It is quite difficult to get a government college for BAMS/BHMS. There are many good private and semi government institutions you can consider applying in and they have reasonable fees.

You got 200 marks and belong to obc category

Therefore based on previous years cutoff, you have very less chance to get admission for bhms or bams in government medical colleges in state counselling under obc.

At your marks, it is possible for you to get a BAMS seat in Govt. College through state counselling but very less chances. However, you can also consider semi government and private colleges if you are interested.

You haven't mentioned your Category. Nevertheless, the General Qualifying cut offs for 2020 have been as follows:

General Category/EWS: 720-147

OBC: 146-113

SC: 146-113

ST: 146-113

General Category/EWS-PWD: 146-129

With a score of 133, it is difficult for a seat in any course that conducts admission based on NEET score.
