You haven't mentioned your Category. Nevertheless, if you belong to General/OBC/EWS Categories, a seat in BHMS either in Government College or a Private College are tough. It is just a misconception that these courses have lesser cut offs. You will need atleast 450 and above for a seat in Ayush

The state counselling is only done after the NEET (National eligibility cum entrance examination) results are out and then the counselling round begins. You will have to clear it, later you have to register in the official AYUSH website giving you NEET score.
